Tax Payment Date definition

Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.
Tax Payment Date means the later of the date(s) on which property taxes levied by the City are due and payable from owners of property located within the City, or are actually paid to the City with respect to taxable property located within the District.
Tax Payment Date means the later of the date(s) on which Property Taxes levied by the City on real and personal property located in the District are (a) due and payable, or (b) are actually paid by or on behalf of the Developer to, and received by, the City.
