Tax-Related Items definition

Tax-Related Items means any income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, fringe benefit tax, payment on account or other tax-related items arising out of or in relation to a Participant’s participation in the Plan, including, but not limited to, the exercise of a Purchase Right and the receipt of shares of Common Stock or the sale or other disposition of shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan.
Tax-Related Items means any U.S. and non-U.S. federal, state and/or local taxes (including, without limitation, income tax, social insurance contributions, fringe benefit tax, employment tax, stamp tax and any employer tax liability which has been transferred to a Participant) for which a Participant is liable in connection with Awards and/or Shares.

More Definitions of Tax-Related Items

Tax-Related Items means any U.S. federal, state, and/or local taxes and any taxes imposed by a jurisdiction outside of the U.S. (including, without limitation, income tax, social insurance and similar contributions, payroll tax, fringe benefits tax, payment on account, employment tax, stamp tax and any other taxes related to participation in the Plan and legally applicable to a Participant, including any employer liability for which the Participant is liable pursuant to Applicable Laws or the applicable Award Agreement).
Tax-Related Items means federal, state, or local taxes and any taxes imposed by jurisdictions outside of the United States (including but not limited to income tax, social insurance contributions, fringe benefits tax, payment on account, employment tax obligations, and stamp taxes) required by law to be withheld and any employer liability shifted to a Participant.
Tax-Related Items means any federal, national, provincial, state, and/or local tax liability (including, but not limited to, income tax, social insurance contributions, payment on account, employment tax obligations, stamp taxes, and any other taxes) that may be due or required by law to be withheld, and/or any employer tax liability shifted to a Participant.
Tax-Related Items means all income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, fringe benefits tax, payment on account, employment tax, stamp tax or other tax-related items related to the Options and legally applicable to the Grantee, including any employer liability for which the Grantee is liable.
