Tech Data. PKC XEROX IMAGING: WSC Tech Data shall have the ability to return for credit products which have boxes that are or become damaged, unless such damage was caused by Tech Data or for which Tech Data can be reimbursed by their insurance carrier. An offsetting Purchase Order will be placed for all bad box returns. In addition, XEROX IMAGING will supply to Tech Data, at no charge, any and all missing material(s).

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, XEROX IMAGING MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES TO DISTRIBUTOR AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
