Technical Acceptance Certificate definition

Technical Acceptance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7.

Technical Acceptance Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.8 hereof.

Technical Acceptance Certificate means a Technical Acceptance Certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Examples of Technical Acceptance Certificate in a sentence

• Lessee will, at the time of Delivery, execute and deliver to Lessor the Technical Acceptance Certificate.

• Upon determination of the Basic Rent Amount pursuant to the definition thereof in Annex A, Lessor will notify Lessee of such amount to be recorded in the Technical Acceptance Certificate.

• Upon the completion of the ground and flight inspections conducted pursuant to Section 3.7 hereof, and the performance by Lessor of any corrections required to bring the aircraft into conformity with the Delivery Condition Requirements, Lessee shall execute and deliver to Lessor a Technical Acceptance Certificate substantially in the form of Appendix D hereto (the “Technical Acceptance Certificate”).

• Lessee has caused this Technical Acceptance Certificate to be executed and delivered by its duly authorized representative as of the time, day and year above written.

• Lessor and Lessee shall ensure that the Technical Acceptance Certificate reflects the status of the Aircraft at Delivery (for comparison purposes at the Return of the Aircraft pursuant to Appendix H to the foregoing Aircraft Lease Agreement).

Technical Acceptance Certificate means the acceptance certificate to be entered into between the Lessee and the Lessor prior to the Delivery Ferry Flight substantially in the form of Exhibit II of the Lease.

Technical Acceptance Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(b)(ii).
