Technical Assistance Services definition

Technical Assistance Services has the meaning given to it in Section 2.3 hereto.

Technical Assistance Services shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(b).

Technical Assistance Services means the Services listed under such heading in Schedule 13.9.

Technical Assistance Services means individually or collectively, the Alcanint Technical Assistance Services and the Novelis Technical Assistance Services.

The Facility shall be constructed of a dimension and with appropriate allowances for future expansion to one hundred and twenty (120) MSIE of Polished Wafers per year. The parties recognize that the production capacity of the Facility may vary depending on the ratio of polished wafers to epitaxial wafers.

Technical Assistance Services. The Contractor shall provide ongoing technical assistance • services to better position Participating Businesses to sell into the offshore wind supply chain. Deliverables include pre- and post-technical assistance assessments of participants, ongoing progress and service reports, and delivery of relevant trainings for program participants that, at a minimum, identify potential top and bottom-line growth, retained or created FTEs, and barriers or threats identified by participants, either by the Contractor or a third-party vendor. The objective of the program is to develop the capacity of businesses in New Jersey and New York to enter the offshore wind industry and expand the region’s offshore wind supply chain. The program design should be replicable for future cohorts.

Technical Assistance Services means the services described as such in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

Technical Assistance Services means the telephonic or written response to JFPM technical queries in relation to the operation and maintenance of the Equipment emailed to its technical assistance email address (e.g. support@Service Provider.co.za).

Technical Assistance Services means the Service Provider’s telephonic or written response to JML technical queries in relation to the operation and maintenance of the Equipment.
