Technical Note definition

Technical Note means a proposal, document or guide, other than a Specification, which has been approved for release as a HR Open Standards Consortium Technical Note. Typically, a Technical Note will containfunctional and technical information to aid in the implementation of a Specification as adopted and approved for release by HR Open Standards Consortium.
Technical Note. Data device' means equipment capable of transmitting or receiving sequences of digital information.
Technical Note. Bulk electrical conductivity' and 'sheet (surface) resistivity' should be determined using ASTM D-257 or national equivalents.
