Technical Note definition

Technical Note means a proposal, document or guide, other than a Specification, which has been approved for release as a HR Open Standards Consortium Technical Note. Typically, a Technical Note will containfunctional and technical information to aid in the implementation of a Specification as adopted and approved for release by HR Open Standards Consortium.
