Technical Personnel definition

Technical Personnel means nurses, medical assistants, x-ray technicians, other technicians, and other personnel who perform diagnostic tests or other services that are covered by Medicare or by other third party payors when performed by an employee of a physician under the physician's supervision.
Technical Personnel means each person employed by or working for or with Seller or any of its sub- contractors or suppliers at any tier, who would be expected to make, or who actually makes, Subject Innovations. Technical Personnel means individuals employed to perform any test or part of a test.
