Technological Information definition

Technological Information means information derived from basic or applied research that provides an improved practical understanding of the business component; and

Technological Information means research data, designs, formulae, process information and other information pertaining to the invention(s) claimed in the Patent Rights which is created by Xx. Xxxxx and owned by Hospital and is not confidential information of or otherwise obligated to any third party and which Xx. Xxxxx knows as of the Effective Date and reasonably believes is necessary in order for Company to utilize the licenses granted hereunder, as further described in Appendix D. Company agrees to treat all Technological Information in accordance with the provisions of Appendix E.

Technological Information means any research data, designs, formulae, know-how, process information and other information that is known to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Rox Xxxxxxxx as of the EFFECTIVE DATE of the AGREEMENT, is owned or controlled by HOSPITAL and is necessary or useful for the development or commercialization of PRODUCTS or PROCESSES.

• At Company’s request prior to execution of Agreement, Hospital (through [**]) shall use reasonable efforts to disclose in confidence within [**] days and not more than [**] days after execution of Agreement the Technological Information licensed hereunder.

More Definitions of Technological Information

Technological Information means research data, designs, formulae, process information and other information pertaining to the invention(s) described in Patent Rights which is created by [**] and owned by Hospital and is not confidential information of, or otherwise obligated to, any third party and which [**] knows as of the Effective Date and reasonably believes is necessary in order for Company to utilize the licenses granted hereunder, as further described in Appendix B1. Company agrees to treat all Technological Information in accordance with the provisions of Appendix E.

Technological Information means proprietary discoveries, know-how and technical information known, licensed, owned, controlled or developed by Juniper or its Affiliates related to intravaginal ring for all indications as of the Effective Date, including for the sake of clarity, Technological Information licensed to Juniper pursuant to the Underlying Agreement and any subsequent improvements thereto, as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.

Technological Information means any research data, designs, formulas, process information, clinical data and other information pertaining to any invention claimed in PATENT RIGHT which is known to Dr. Finklestein on the EFFECTIVE DATE.
