Telematics Device definition

Telematics Device means a telematics device supplied in order to provide the Telematics Services;
Telematics Device means a telematics device supplied by us to you in order to provide the Telematics Services;
Telematics Device means a device installed on the Scheme Vehicle to record information on how and where the Scheme Vehicle is driven, including but not limited to the distance driven and location of the Scheme Vehicle at any time;

  • The recorded mileage covered by the Vehicle shall be recorded by the Telematics Device and the Hirer shall notify Rapid promptly if the Telematics Device malfunctions or becomes faulty at any time.

  • Any replacement telematics device and/or immobiliser f itted to the Vehicle shall be deemed to be a Telematics Device or Immobiliser (as applicable) for the purpose of this Agreement.

Telematics Device has the meaning given to the term in the Telematics Device Functional and Technical Specification and is the telematics unit, which has been type-approved by TCA, that is installed in a vehicle in respect of which the Transport Operator is to receive Application Services from the ASP.
