Temporary Construction Easement definition

Temporary Construction Easement means a temporary right to perform construction activities on Agency real property or on the real property of another party that is granted by easement, license, or permit.
Temporary Construction Easement means any temporary easement or other temporary property right, if any, necessary for the performance of the Work.
Temporary Construction Easement. Grantee has the right (the “Temporary Easement”) to use up to 20 feet of the surface of the Property that is adjacent to the Easement (“Adjacent Property”) as may be reasonably necessary to construct and install the facilitieswithin the Easement that are reasonably suited for the Easement Purpose. Except for the replacement of trees and shrubs, Grantee must reasonably restore the Adjacent Property and the Temporary Easement to its previous physical condition if changed by use of the rights granted by this Temporary Easement. A metes and bounds legal description and depiction of the Adjacent Property is attached hereto in Exhibit B.

The City Property Access Easement and the College Property Access Easement are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Access Easement.” The Access Easement will automatically terminate and be of no further force or effect upon acceptance by the City and County of San Francisco, at its sole discretion, of the Accessway as a road that is part of its street system (a “Public Road”).
Temporary Construction Easement means an easement in the form set forth in Exhibit D.
Temporary Construction Easement means that certain nonexclusive, nonperpetual easement to be executed by the City and Authority of even date herewith for the period set forth in the Temporary Construction Easement and held in Escrow.
