Temporary Period definition

Temporary Period means the period of time, as set forth in the Tax Compliance Certificate, applicable to particular categories of Proceeds of an issue during which such category of Proceeds may be invested in Higher Yielding Investments without the issue being treated as arbitrage bonds under Section 148.
Temporary Period means the period commencing on August 1, 2022 and ending on (but excluding) November 1, 2022.
Temporary Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on (but including) February 28, 2022.

  • Any Sale Proceeds that remain unspent on the third anniversary of the Issuance Date, which is the expiration date of the Temporary Period for such Proceeds, shall not be invested in Higher Yielding Investments with respect to the Issue after that date except as part of the Minor Portion.

  • The above provisions shall not apply and the Temporary Period shall terminate once such Partner shall have satisfied all of the conditions to becoming an Active Partner set forth in Section 8.1.1 above.

  • Upon the occurrence of an event causing either a Temporary Period or a Permanent Period of unavailability, all payments under this Agreement shall be suspended following payment by Aircargo for the actual Block Hour usage of any Airframes or Engines during the month in which such event occurs.

  • Any Investment Proceeds will be used to pay costs of the Project, and such Investment Proceeds may be invested in Higher Yielding Investments during the Temporary Period identified in 4.8(C) or, if longer, one year from the date of receipt, such period being the Temporary Period for such Proceeds.
