Tenant Equipment definition

Tenant Equipment means any and all fixtures or equipment incorporated in the Premises and installed by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, and used, useful, or necessary to operate the Premises, exclusive of Center Equipment and the Tenant FF&E, and which shall become the property of Landlord upon the expiration, or earlier termination of the Lease.
Tenant Equipment is defined in the Recitals to this Lease.
Tenant Equipment shall include without limitation, with respect to each Demised Property, all of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter owned or acquired by Tenant, or in which Tenant has any interest (whether unattached or attached by bolts and screws and/or by utility connections or otherwise), and all additions to, substitutions for and replacements of the foregoing in this Recital B.

Examples of Tenant Equipment in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, Tenant shall be liable for all property taxes, assessments, and similar charges assessed against or allocable to any property at the Demised Properties (irrespective of whether such property is Building Equipment owned by Landlord or Tenant Equipment or other personal property owned by Tenant) and that are attributable to any period of time during the Lease Term.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Tenant shall be entitled to claim all depreciation with respect to any Tenant Equipment.

  • In the event that Tenant installs or erects any fixtures or other Improvements, with the exception of Tenant Equipment, to the Demised Properties after the Commencement Date, such fixtures or other Improvements shall be the property of Landlord and remain upon and be surrendered with the Demised Properties.

  • Section 20.01 Excepting any Tenant Equipment, any Building Equipment and other Improvements at the Demised Properties on the Commencement Date shall be the property of Landlord.

  • The installation of Tenant Equipment shall be done in accordance with Applicable Laws, including the National Electrical Code, the Florida Building Codes (current edition) and other codes that directly relate to the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of communication equipment.

Tenant Equipment means, individually, or collectively, as applicable, the Antenna Equipment, the Cooling Equipment, the Generator, the Telecommunications Equipment, and the Tank. s) "Tenant Equipment Areas" means, individually or collectively, as applicable, the Pathways, Service Areas, and sites for the location of the Antenna Equipment, the Generator, the Cooling Equipment, and the Telecommunications Equipment designated by Landlord under this Exhibit. Tenant Equipment means Tenant’s trade fixtures and equipment not in the nature of fixtures.
