Tenant Equipment definition

Tenant Equipment means any and all fixtures or equipment incorporated in the Premises and installed by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, and used, useful, or necessary to operate the Premises, exclusive of Center Equipment and the Tenant FF&E, and which shall become the property of Landlord upon the expiration, or earlier termination of the Lease.
Tenant Equipment is defined in the Recitals to this Lease.
Tenant Equipment shall include without limitation, with respect to each Demised Property, all of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter owned or acquired by Tenant, or in which Tenant has any interest (whether unattached or attached by bolts and screws and/or by utility connections or otherwise), and all additions to, substitutions for and replacements of the foregoing in this Recital B.

  • Landlord and the Additional Insureds are to be covered as additional insured on all insurance required by Sections 1 and 2 above, other than (i) Tenant’s Personal Property Insurance to the extent of coverage for loss to Tenant FF&E owned only by Tenant and any Tenant Equipment owned only by Tenant, (ii) worker’s compensations insurance, and (ii) Professional Liability Insurance.

  • The installation of Tenant Equipment shall be done in accordance with Applicable Laws, including the National Electrical Code, the Florida Building Codes (current edition) and other codes that directly relate to the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of communication equipment.

  • Tenant acknowledges that Authority’s approval of any proposed modification of the Tenant Equipment requested by Tenant pursuant to this Lease may be conditioned on, among other requirements, changes to improve the design or reduce the impact of the proposed modifications to the surrounding environment, and shall be conditioned on written evidence that City’s Planning Department has granted the Planning Department Approvals for such proposed modification.

  • Tenant acknowledges that City’s approval of any proposed modification of the Tenant Equipment requested by Tenant pursuant to this Lease may be conditioned on, among other requirements, changes to improve the design or reduce the impact of the proposed modifications to the surrounding environment, and shall be conditioned on written evidence that City’s Planning Department has granted the Planning Department Approvals for such proposed modification.

  • The Tenant and Landlord will meet to determine if any of the Tenant Equipment is not needed or wanted by the Landlord, which the Tenant will be required to remove.


More Definitions of Tenant Equipment

Tenant Equipment means the personal property of Tenant being brought onto the Premises to operate Wireless Telecommunication Facilities as scheduled in Exhibit A-3.

Tenant Equipment means, individually, or collectively, as applicable, the Antenna Equipment, the Cooling Equipment, the Generator, the Telecommunications Equipment, and the Tank. s) "Tenant Equipment Areas" means, individually or collectively, as applicable, the Pathways, Service Areas, and sites for the location of the Antenna Equipment, the Generator, the Cooling Equipment, and the Telecommunications Equipment designated by Landlord under this Exhibit. Tenant Equipment means Tenant’s trade fixtures and equipment not in the nature of fixtures.
Tenant Equipment means Tenant's personal property and items of manufacturing equipment other than building or utility systems. Tenant Equipment does not include building or support systems such as compressed air systems, demineralized water systems and nitrogen systems.
Tenant Equipment means any equipment listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto, as the same may be modified by Tenant from time to time.
Tenant Equipment means the tooling, fabrication equipment, fuel tanks, fuel pumps, waste oil tanks, and related lines and equipment installed by or on behalf of Tenant on Premises, subject to the provisions of Section 15 of this Lease.
