Tenant Security Deposits definition

Tenant Security Deposits has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(viii).
Tenant Security Deposits means all security deposits or other security of Tenants under the Tenant Leases, plus accrued interest, if any, payable thereon.
Tenant Security Deposits means all tenant or occupant security deposits (in whatever form they may be) that have not been forfeited by any tenant or occupant under any Lease with respect to the Mortgaged Property, together with any other escrows provided under or with respect to any Lease.

  • If the Agent requires Tenant Security Deposits, they shall be placed in a trust account in Agent’s name in a North Carolina bank or savings and loan association.

More Definitions of Tenant Security Deposits

Tenant Security Deposits means all refundable security deposits, letters of credit, advance rental payments and other deposits of tenants ("Tenants") under Tenant Leases which, as of the Closing Date, have not been applied and are then held by and are in the possession of Property Owner.
