Tenant’s Agents definition

Tenant’s Agents shall be defined to include Tenant’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, customers and subcontractors.
Tenant’s Agents is defined in Section 2.2.
Tenant’s Agents means Tenant’s agents, advisors, employees, partners, shareholders, directors, officers, members, members of the Tenant Group, invitees and independent contractors.

Examples of Tenant’s Agents in a sentence

  • All insurance, except Workers’ Compensation, maintained by Tenant’s Agents shall preclude subrogation claims by the insurer against anyone insured thereunder.

  • Each of Tenant’s Agents shall guarantee to Tenant and for the benefit of Landlord that the portion of the Tenant Improvements for which it is responsible shall be free from any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date of completion thereof.

More Definitions of Tenant’s Agents

Tenant’s Agents means the agents, employees, subtenants and assigns (and their respective agents and employees) of Tenant.
