Tendered Bond definition

Tendered Bond means a Bond mandatorily tendered or tendered at the option of the Holder thereof for purchase in accordance with the Certificate, including a Bond deemed tendered, but not surrendered on the applicable Tender Date.
Tendered Bond means any Bond which has been tendered for purchase pursuant to a Mandatory Tender.
Tendered Bond means any Bond tendered or deemed tendered for purchase pursuant to the provisions hereof.

Tendered Bond means an Adjustable Rate Bond mandatorily tendered or tendered at the option of the Holder thereof for purchase in accordance with the Indenture, including an Adjustable Rate Bond deemed tendered, but not surrendered on the applicable Tender Date.
