For the payment of the Purchase Price, on or before 11:00 a.m. New York, New York time on the Business Day next preceding each Tender Date, the Trustee shall draw pursuant to the Credit an amount sufficient to pay such Purchase Price and, if the Tender Date is not a scheduled Interest Payment Date, interest accrued on such Tendered Bond to the Tender Date.
The Bond Trustee shall issue a new Bond or Bonds in the same aggregate principal amount, maturity and interest rate for any such Bond which is not tendered for purchase on any Mandatory Tender Date and, upon receipt by the Bond Trustee of any such Bond from the Holder thereof, shall pay, or cause to be paid, the Purchase Price of such Tendered Bond to the Holder thereof and cancel such Tendered Bond.
Failure by the Tender Agent to redeliver a Notice of Election to Tender Bonds or a Tendered Bond as provided in Section 303 hereof shall not extend the period for making elections, in any way change the rights of the Owners of Bonds to elect to have their Bonds purchased pursuant to this Section or in any way change the conditions which must be satisfied in order for such election to be effective or for payment of the purchase price to be made after an effective election.
The Bond Trustee shall issue a new Bond or Bonds in the same aggregate principal amount for any such Bond which is not tendered for purchase on any Optional Tender Date and, upon receipt by the Bond Trustee of any such Bond from the Holder thereof, shall pay, or cause to be paid, the Purchase Price of such Tendered Bond to the Holder thereof and cancel such Tendered Bond.
The Trustee and Paying Agent shall not be liable to the Borrower or the former Holder of any Tendered Bond for any interest on monies held in the Tender Fund, and any such monies shall be held and applied as provided in Section 5.7 hereof.
