Tentative Map definition

Tentative Map means the Tentative Subdivision Map for the project as set forth in Recital F.2(e).
Tentative Map means a tentative map or substantial conformance exhibit for property in the CFD, including any adjustments or amendments thereto.
Tentative Map means a map prepared for the purpose of showing the design and improvement of a proposed major subdivision and the existing conditions in and around it.

  • Use one copy of the Tentative Map or Plot Plan as needed to show any necessary information.

  • In addition, the Administrator shall, on an ongoing basis, monitor the Tentative Map, Final Maps, and Building Permits to determine if there are any proposed Land Use Changes that would change the Expected Maximum Special Tax Revenues.

More Definitions of Tentative Map

Tentative Map means the tentative map for Greenbriar Phase 2, as shown in Attachment 2 of this RMA, including any adjustments or amendments thereto.
Tentative Map means a map that is: (i) made for the purpose of showing the design of a proposed subdivision, including the individual SFD Lots that are expected within the subdivision, as well as the conditions pertaining thereto, (ii) not based on a detailed survey of the property within the map, and (iii) not recorded at the County Recorder’s Office to create legal lots.
Tentative Map means a map that (i) is made for the purpose of showing the design of a proposed subdivision and the condition pertaining thereto; (ii) has been approved by the City; (iii) is not based on a detailed survey of the property within the map area; and
Tentative Map means the tentative tract map for the Property for each Qualified Project to be financed by a Loan to be made hereunder, which map shall be in form and content acceptable to Lender in its discretion and shall not be subject to any conditions that, in Lender’s reasonable judgment, cannot be reasonably satisfied by Borrower.
Tentative Map means a tentative map or substantial conformance exhibit for property in Improvement Area No. 1, including any adjustments or amendments thereto.
Tentative Map means both a "Tentative Map" as defined in Section 19.08.460 of the Subdivision Code and a "Vesting Tentative Map" as defined in Section 19.13.020(A) of the Subdivision Code.
