In temporary exclusion order (TEO) proceedings, TEO IDs and determinations are issued on time (GC).

Rule 5 inserts a new Part 16B in the principal Rules which will apply to TEO proceedings in the Royal Court under the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 as extended to Jersey by the Counter-Terrorism and Security (Jersey) Order 2017.
