Examples of Term Assets in a sentence
If a bid for the sale of the Term Assets has been accepted by the Trustee but the sale has failed to settle on the proposed settlement date, the Trustee shall request new bids from such leading dealers.
The Certificates shall evidence undivided ownership interests in the assets of the Trust, subject to the liabilities of the Trust and shall be payable solely from payments or property received by the Trustee on or in respect of the Term Assets.
All amounts received on or with respect to the Term Assets shall be held uninvested by the Trustee.
If the Trustee is directed to sell the Term Assets, the Trustee shall solicit bids for the sale of the Term Assets with settlement thereof on or before the third (3rd) Business Day after such sale from three leading dealers in the relevant market.
Such notice shall set forth (i) the identity of the issue of Term Assets, (ii) the date and nature of such Payment Default or Acceleration, (iii) the principal amount of the interest or principal in default, (iv) the Certificates affected by the Payment Default or Acceleration, and (v) any other information which the Trustee may deem appropriate.
