Term Loan Borrower definition

Term Loan Borrower means the Company, in its capacity as a borrower under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, together with its respective successors and assigns.

Term Loan Borrower as defined in the preamble hereto.

Term Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the recitals to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Term Loan Borrower

Term Loan Borrower means the Company.
