Term Loan Borrowing Request definition
Term Loan Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Term Loan Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.1 of the Loan Agreement.
Term Loan Borrowing Request means a writing, substantially in the form of Exhibit J, properly completed and signed by Borrower, requesting a Term Loan Borrowing.
