Term Loan Liens definition

Term Loan Liens means the Liens and security interests granted by the Loan Parties to Term Loan Agent to secure the Term Loan Debt under the Term Loan Documents.
Term Loan Liens means all Liens on the Collateral securing the Term Loan Obligations, whether created under the Term Loan Collateral Documents or acquired by possession, statute (including any judgment lien), operation of law, subrogation or otherwise and whether or not created following the commencement of any Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding, now or hereafter held by or on behalf of the Term Loan Agent or any other Term Loan Secured Party, or any agent or trustee therefor.

  • In the event that any ABL Secured Party becomes a judgment lien creditor in respect of Common Collateral as a result of its enforcement of its rights as an unsecured creditor, such judgment lien shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement for all purposes (including in relation to the Term Loan Liens and the Term Loan Obligations) to the same extent as all other Liens securing the ABL Obligations are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
