Term Loan Percentage definition

Term Loan Percentage means, for each Lender, the percentage of the Term Loan Commitments represented by such Lender’s Term Loan Commitment or, if the Term Loan Commitments have been terminated or have expired, the percentage held by such Lender of the aggregate principal amount of all Term Loans then outstanding.
Term Loan Percentage means, as to any Term Loan Lender, after the applicable Term Loans are made, the ratio of (a) the outstanding principal balance of such Term Loan or Term Loans of such Term Loan Lender to (b) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all such Term Loans of all Term Loan Lenders.
Term Loan Percentage of a Tranche of Term Loans shall mean, at any time, a fraction (expressed as a percentage), the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans of such Tranche at such time and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Term Loans of all Tranches at such time.

  • Beginning on March 29, 2024, the Term Loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a) shall be repaid in consecutive quarterly installments on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter, each of which installments shall be in an amount equal to such Lender’s Term Loan Percentage multiplied by 1.25% of the original principal amount of the Term Loans funded on the Closing Date.
