Term Rate Mode definition

Term Rate Mode means the Interest Rate Mode at any time the Bonds bear interest at the Term Rate.
Term Rate Mode means the mode during which Bonds of a Series (or portion thereof) bear interest at a Term Rate.
Term Rate Mode means the Mode during which all or any part of the 2024 Series B-2 Bonds bear interest at the Term Rate.

Examples of Term Rate Mode in a sentence

  • The Authority shall appoint and employ the services of a Tender Agent prior to any Purchase Date or Mode Change Date while the Bonds of any Series are in the Daily Rate, Weekly Rate, the Term Rate Mode, the Index Rate Mode or the Commercial Paper Mode.

  • The Authority shall appoint and employ the services of a Remarketing Agent prior to any Purchase Date or Mode Change Date while the Bonds of any Series are in the Commercial Paper Mode, Daily Rate Mode, Weekly Rate Mode, Index Mode or Term Rate Mode.

  • Section 7.3. Optional Tender at End of Interest Period for Term Rate Mode.

Term Rate Mode means the Mode in which the interest rate on the Bonds is set at the Term Rate.
