Term Rate Period definition

Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.
Term Rate Period means each period during which a Term Rate is in effect.
Term Rate Period means each period during which Bonds bear interest at a Term Rate.

  • As set forth in Section 3.02(f)(iv), while the Bonds bear interest at a Term Rate, the District shall use its best efforts to take all such actions required by this Order to be performed by the District to cause such Bonds to be converted to a different Rate Period (including to a Term Rate Period of the same or a different duration as the then-expiring Term Rate Period) on the first Business Day immediately following the last day of the then-expiring Term Rate Period.

More Definitions of Term Rate Period

Term Rate Period means any period during which Bonds bear interest at a Term Rate which period shall commence with the effective date of the Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Term Rate and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the earlier of (a) the effective date of another Change in the Interest Rate Mode or (b) the Stated Maturity.
Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Series of 2009 Series B-3 Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.
Term Rate Period means a period of two or more consecutive Semiannual Periods equal to the applicable Nominal Term Rate Period determined pursuant to Section 2.05 commencing on the Semiannual Date immediately following the last day of the immediately preceding Term Rate Period and running through and ending on the day immediately preceding the Semiannual Date which follows such commencement date by a period equal to such Nominal Term Rate Period; except that the first Term Rate Period after conversion from a Weekly Rate to a Term Rate shall commence on the Conversion Date of such conversion and end on and include the day immediately preceding the Semiannual Date which follows the Semiannual Date occurring on or immediately preceding such Conversion Date by a period equal to such Nominal Term Rate Period.
Term Rate Period means a period during which such Bond bears interest at a Term Rate established for such period.
Term Rate Period means each period with a duration of one month or any multiple thereof (which may be expressed as multiples of months or years) or the entire period until final maturity of the Bonds, during which a particular Term Rate is in effect.
