Term Revolving Note definition

Term Revolving Note means that certain promissory note to be executed and delivered to the Lender by the Borrower on the Conversion Date pursuant to the terms and conditions provided for in this Agreement and the Second Supplement to this Agreement.
Term Revolving Note means that certain Term Revolving Note dated February 27, 2007, executed and delivered to the Lender by the Borrower in the amount of $20,000,000.00, as the same has been and may hereafter be amended or otherwise modified.
Term Revolving Note means a promissory note in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent executed by the Borrowers pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
