Term Sheet definition

Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

More Definitions of Term Sheet

Term Sheet means an executed instrument between the parties hereto containing the terms of this and other agreements between the parties, and is hereby incorporated by reference.
