Terminated Products shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.3(a).

Terminated Products means, with respect to a termination of this Agreement, (a) in the case of a termination of this Agreement in its entirety, all Licensed Compounds and Products containing a Licensed Compound and (b) in the case of a termination of this Agreement in part with respect to a Program, all Licensed Compounds and Products containing a Licensed Compound in such Program.
