Terminated Target has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.1.

More Definitions of Terminated Target
Terminated Target means a Collaboration Target for which (i) BMS terminated its rights pursuant to Section 12.2, or (ii) BMS’s rights were terminated pursuant to Section 12.3.
