Terminated Target is defined in Section 9.6.1.

Terminated Target means a previous Collaboration Target which has been terminated pursuant to Section 3.2.3 or in respect of which this Agreement has been terminated prior to the end of the Term in accordance with ARTICLE 10.

If Amgen substitutes a Substitute Target for a Replaced Target in accordance with Section 2.3, this Agreement shall automatically terminate with respect to such Replaced Target, and, for clarity, such Replaced Target shall become a Terminated Target, with no further action by the Parties.

More Definitions of Terminated Target

Terminated Target means a Collaboration Target for which (i) BMS terminated its rights pursuant to Section 12.2, or (ii) BMS’s rights were terminated pursuant to Section 12.3.

Terminated Target means any Target that is terminated pursuant to Section 16.2 (Termination).

Terminated Target means a Committed Lead Target for which (a) GSK terminated its rights pursuant to Section 10.2, or (b) GSK’s rights were terminated pursuant to Section 10.3.
