Terminated Territory definition

Terminated Territory means each Major Market with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Licensor pursuant to Section 13.2.2, each country with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by AbbVie pursuant to Section 13.3.2, or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
Terminated Territory means each country in a Region with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by AbbVie pursuant to Section 11.3, or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
Terminated Territory means the country(ies) with respect to which this Agreement is terminated pursuant to ARTICLE 12 or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.

More Definitions of Terminated Territory

Terminated Territory has the meaning set forth in Section 12.4.
Terminated Territory means with respect to a termination of this Agreement pursuant to ARTICLE 14, as applicable, (a) the country(ies) subject to such termination; and (b) with respect to termination of this Agreement in its entirety, the Servier Territory.
Terminated Territory means each region with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by AstraZeneca pursuant to Section 9.2.1 or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
Terminated Territory means any country or countries with respect to which this Agreement has been terminated. For clarity, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the Terminated Territory shall be the entire Territory.
Terminated Territory means the Territory, other than (subject to Section 3.1.2(b)) South Korea.
Terminated Territory means one of the following: (a) Canada, (b) Switzerland, (c) those countries in the Licensed Territory under the regulatory jurisdiction of the European Commission, and (d) all countries in the Licensed Territory not included in the preceding clauses (a)-(c) (the “Non-Commercial Territory”).
Terminated Territory means each country with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Galapagos pursuant to Section 12.2.2, each country with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Xxxxxx pursuant to Sections 12.3.1 or 12.3.2, or, if this Agreement is terminated in its entirety, the entire Territory.
