Terminating Party definition

Terminating Party. As defined in Section 7.1(f).

Examples of Terminating Party in a sentence

• The party or parties receiving Termination Notice shall have a period of ten (10) days after receipt of Termination Notice to cure the matters giving rise to such termination to the reasonable satisfaction of the Terminating Party.

• If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3 above, each Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Interconnection Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Party, as of the date of the other Party's receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the Terminating Party under this LGIA.
