Examples of Terrorism Order in a sentence
Neither Landlord nor any person owning any interest in Landlord: (a) is or will be conducting any business or engaging in any transaction with any person appearing on the list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control list located at 00 X.X.X., Chapter V, Appendix A, or (b) is a person described in Section 1 of the Anti- Terrorism Order.
Terrorism Order Means the Terrorism (United Nations Measures) Order 2009 No. 1774 and any orders, regulations, codes of practice, instruments or other subordinate legislation (as defined in section 21 (1) of the Interpretation Act 1978) which amends, extends, consolidates or replaces the same (whether or not having retrospective effect).
Each of the Owner/Operator and its respective Principal Persons is in compliance with the Anti-Terrorism Order and has not previously violated the Anti- Terrorism Order.
Regulations Means all statutes, statutory instruments, orders, regulations, guidance and codes of practice (whether or not having the force of law) in force from time to time which may apply to the parties in the conduct of their business including without limitation the requirements, rules, regulations, guidance and codes of practice of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000, any Regulator, the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, the Terrorism Order and the JMLSG Guidance Notes.
Restricted Person Shall have the meaning given to it in the Terrorism Order.
