Test Facility definition

Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;
Test Facility means a test facility or agency prepared to administer tests under s. 343.305 (2).
Test Facility means a facility, including independent laboratories, manufacturers' own test facilities or government testing bodies, that may be designated by one Party's designating authority in accordance with this Part to undertake tests on compliance with the other Party's standards and/or specifications to meet mandatory requirements.

Test Facility means the specific Platform components that are to be made available to the Experimenter for the performance of Experiment(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
