Texas Eastern means Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Texas Eastern. PanEnergy" or "Duke" and shall cease using the name TEPPCO," "Texas Eastern," "PanEnergy", "Duke" or other names or symbols associated therewith at such time as neither Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company nor another Affiliate of PanEnergy or Duke is the general partner of the Partnership.
