The Confidential Information definition

The Confidential Information means all financial, commercial, technical, operational, staff, management and other information, data and know-how regarding the Opportunity, including but not limited to its products, services, assets, costs, prices, customers, suppliers and employees which may be supplied in writing or in any other form by Us to you or your agents, employees, officers or advisers.
The Confidential Information means trade secrets and information equivalent to them (including but not limited to formulae, processes, methods, knowledge and Know-how) in connection with the products manufactured, produced, distributed and sold and the services supplied by the Vendor in connection with the Business and the customers and suppliers of the Company and which are for the time being confidential to the Business;

More Definitions of The Confidential Information

The Confidential Information as used herein, means all engineering and business information (including prototypes, drawings, data, trade secrets and intellectual property) which: a) if tangible, is identified in writing as confidential at the time of its disclosure to the recipient, or b) if intangible, is identified at the time of disclosure to the recipient as confidential and is later promptly confirmed in writing within one (1) month from the date of disclosure as being confidential.
The Confidential Information means (1) any secret concerning subjects of the Research obtained in connection with implementation of the Research (refer to Article 11 of the Act), (2) any secret obtained in connection with implementation of the Research (refer to Article 61 of the Ordinance), and (3) technical or business information on the Research disclosed or provided by the other party during the term of validity of the Agreement.
