The Note Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Administrator, within 15 days after receipt by the Note Registrar of a written request therefrom, a list of the names and addresses of the Noteholders of any Class as of the most recent Record Date.
The Note Registrar may require a Holder, among other things, to furnish appropriate endorsements and transfer documents and to pay any taxes and fees required by law or permitted by the Indenture.
The Note Registrar shall give prompt written notice to the Issuer, the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee of the location, and of any change in the location, of any such office or agency.
The Note Registrar shall cause to be kept a register (the “Note Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Note Registrar shall provide for the registration of Notes and the registration of transfers of Notes.
