Where such a disclosure is made, the Party making the disclosure shall ensure that the recipient of the Information is made aware of and asked to respect its confidentiality.
Each Party will confirm that it does not retain the other Party’s Confidential Information except where the information must be retained by the Party as a legal requirement or where the Call-Off Contract states otherwise.
