the Patents means the registered patents and patent applications;

  • The Company has used and will continue to use for the duration of this Agreement, proper statutory notice in connection with its use of the Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights and consistent standards of quality in products leased or sold under the Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights.
