The point of connection definition

The point of connection means a point (boundary of property) between the electrical installations of the high-voltage distribution network and the connecting party, unless otherwise agreed. The point of connection is specified in the connection contract.
The point of connection means the active network element in which the end-user device accesses the local computer network.

The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:
