The Providers definition
The Providers means, jointly and severally, in addition to Skydive the Beach and Beyond, the following providers:

(a) Wollongong City Council, Ballina Shire Council, Cessnock City Council, Hope Estate, Belmont Airport Pty Ltd, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Council, Management Aviation (Aust) Pty Ltd ▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Skydive Australia may take place;
(b) The staff (whether paid or volunteers), instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, and aircraft operators including but not limited to: (i) Australian Parachute Federation Ltd and its directors, officers, members, servants or agents; (ii) The New South Wales Parachute Council; (iii) Skydive Australia; (iv) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Skydive the Beach and Beyond Sydney Wollongong Pty Ltd (ACN 169 433 363), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Central Coast Pty Ltd (ACN 167 390 909), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Hunter Valley Pty Ltd (ACN 156 316 200), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Newcastle Pty Ltd (ACN 167 042 800), Experience Co Limited (ACN 167 320 470), Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 140 817 063), Skydive the Beach and Beyond BB Pty Ltd (ACN 605 903 197), STBAUS Pty Ltd (ACN 169 464 555), Just Jump Skydiving, Australia Skydive Pty Ltd (ACN 134 382 004).
(b) Club Fees – You will pay on demand the prescribed or stated fees for the Parachuting Activities. Such fees may be notified to you verbally or by letter or memorandum or by notice displayed in the Providers’ premises or premises occupied by the Providers.
The Providers means, jointly and severally, in addition to Skydive Australia, the following providers:
(a) City of Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Geelong Surfcoast Airpark Pty Ltd, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lilydale Airport and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Skydive Australia may take place;
(b) The staff (whether paid or volunteers), instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, and aircraft operators including but not limited to: (i) Australian Parachute Federation Ltd and its directors, officers, members, servants or agents; (ii) The Victorian Tasmanian Parachute Council; (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, (iv) Skydive the Beach and Beyond Melbourne Pty Ltd (ACN 169 446 664), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Great Ocean Road Pty Ltd (ACN 167 042 819), Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 140 817 063), Skydive the Beach Group Limited(ACN 167 320 470), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Yarra Valley Pty Ltd (ACN 167 197 864) STBAUS Pty Ltd (ACN 169 464 555).
(b) Club Fees – You will pay on demand the prescribed or stated fees for the Parachuting Activities. Such fees may be notified to you verbally or by letter or memorandum or by notice displayed in the Providers’ premises or premises occupied by the Providers.
Examples of The Providers in a sentence
If you cannot make these warranties you must disclose this to The Providers and The Providers may require you to provide a medical certificate before permitting you to participate in the Parachuting Activities.
Bidding • The Providers submit their Call Off Bid in line with annex 2.
You agree to report any accidents, injuries, loss or damage you suffer during any Parachuting Activities to the APF and The Providers before you leave any relevant venue.
The APF and/or any one or more of The Providers may plead this contract as a bar to proceedings now or in the future commenced by or on behalf of you or by any person claiming through you.
You acknowledge that the APF and The Providers rely on information provided by you and that all such information is accurate and complete.
More Definitions of The Providers
The Providers means, jointly and severally, in addition to Skydive Australia, the following providers:
(a) (a) IGMAITB Pty Ltd, City of Perth, City of Rockingham, Royal Aero Club of WA, Brookes Hire Superannuation Pty Ltd (ACN 151 550 640) and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Skydive Australia may take place;
(b) The staff (whether paid or volunteers), instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, and aircraft operators including but not limited to: (i) Australian Parachute Federation Ltd. and its directors, officers, members, servants or agents; (ii) The Western Australia Parachute Council; (iii) Skydive Australia; (iv) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, SBB Trading Pty Ltd (ACN 169 433 461), Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 140 817 063), Experience Co Limited (ACN 167 320 470), STBAUS Pty Ltd (ACN 169 464 555).
(b) Club Fees – You will pay on demand the prescribed or stated fees for the Parachuting Activities. Such fees may be notified to you verbally or by letter or memorandum or by notice displayed in the Providers’ premises or premises occupied by the Providers.

(a) Rottnest Island Authority and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Geronimo Rottnest may take place;
(b) The staff (whether paid or volunteers), instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, and aircraft operators including but not limited to: (i) Australian Parachute Federation Inc. and its directors, officers, members, servants or agents; (ii) The WA State Parachute Council (iii) Geronimo Rottnest
(b) Club Fees – You will pay on demand the prescribed or stated fees for the Parachuting Activities. Such fees may be notified to you verbally or by letter or memorandum or by notice displayed in the Providers’ premises or premises occupied by the Providers.

(ii) Wollongong City Council, Ballina Shire Council, Lake Macquarie City Council, Hope Estate, Belmont Airport Pty Ltd, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Council, Management Aviation (Aust) Pty Ltd, ▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Skydive Australia may take place;
(iii) any group member, club, organisation or centre (in whatever legal form) that meets the criteria APF sets and that APF admits as a member under rule 8 of APF's Constitution ("Group Member");
(iv) APF; and
(v) Skydive the Beach and Beyond Sydney Wollongong Pty Ltd (ACN 169 433 363), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Hunter Valley Pty Ltd (ACN 156 316 200), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Newcastle Pty Ltd (ACN 167 042 800), Experience Co Limited (ACN 167 320 470), Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 140 817 063), Skydive the Beach and Beyond BB Pty Ltd (ACN 605 903 197), Australia Skydive Pty Ltd (ACN 134 382 004) and for each of those named in clauses 1(d)(i) and 1(d)(iv), their staff and contractors (whether paid or volunteers) including but not limited to instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, administrative and any other office workers of any variety and aircraft operators.

(a) Sea World Helicopters Pty Ltd (ABN 63 055 890 054), Gold Coast Council, Sunbay Projects Pty Ltd, Port of Airlie, Whitsunday Regional Council, Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Skydive Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 609 207 258), Queensland Government, The Hobbits Pty Ltd ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Cassowary Coast Regional Council, Cairns Regional Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ City Council, Department of Environment and Science, Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing and their officers and employees where any Parachute Activities by Skydive Australia may take place;
(b) The staff (whether paid or volunteers), instructors, jumpmasters, coaches, ground control assistants, target or canopy control assistants, safety officers, parachute packers and riggers, and aircraft operators including but not limited to: (i) Australian Parachute Federation Ltd and its directors, officers, members, servants or agents; (ii) The North Queensland Parachute Council; (iii) Skydive Australia; (iv) Skydive the Beach and Beyond Airlie Beach Pty Ltd (ACN 168 469 565); ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Experience Co Limited (ACN 167 320 470), Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 140 817 063, STBAUS Pty Ltd (ACN 169 464 555), Australia Skydive Pty Ltd (ACN 134 382 004), Skydive the Beach and Beyond Airlie Beach (ACN 168 469 565).
