THE SALES. REPRESENTATIVE” undertakes that to keep full and accurate books of account, records and contracts and prices showing all relevant dealings.

THE SALES. REPRESENTATIVE” shall not launch products using the same brandname or codeword as used in the APPLICATIONS while this Agreement is in force and for at least two (2) years after its termination.
