  • IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO THE SALES AGENT OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR LOSS OF PROFITS OF ANY PERSON RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED, KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
