The Shire may terminate this agreement by giving written notice to the Funding Recipient if the Funding Recipient is in breach of this agreement or becomes Insolvent.
The Shire may revoke its approval of a subcontractor on reasonable grounds.
The Funding Recipient acknowledges that they are not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of The Shire.

No compensation is payable by The Shire for termination under this clause.
In addition to its rights set out in clause 5.1, The Shire may, at any time and at The Shire’s absolute discretion, terminate this agreement by three months written notice to the Funding Recipient.
