The Villages means all properties identified in Ordinance No. 98-17, in addition to properties which have been added to The Villages through DRI approval and such properties as are contracted for service to The Villages Public Safety Department by Sumter County including Oakland Hills, Cherry Lake, Lakes and Live Oaks, Glen Hollow and commercial property lying to the northeast of U.S. Highway 441

  • Transit village means a community with a bus, train, light rail,
