  • Except for the provisions of Section 8 relating to Thermo Electron Indemnitees, which are also for the benefit of such Thermo Electron Indemnitees other than Thermo Electron and the other members of the Thermo Electron Group, this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and the members of their respective Groups and is not intended to confer upon any other Persons any rights or remedies hereunder.
