Third Anniversary Date definition

Third Anniversary Date means that date which is thirty-six months following March 16, 1995.

Third Anniversary Date means that date which is thirty-six months following the Original Effective Date.

• If Executive’s employment is extended beyond the Third Anniversary Date as provided in Section 2, then on or after the Third Anniversary Date, and annually thereafter, Executive’s Service Stock Award may be reviewed by the Compensation Committee to determine whether it should be adjusted.

• If Executive’s employment is extended beyond the Third Anniversary Date as provided in Section 2, then on or after the Third Anniversary Date, and annually thereafter, Executive’s annual target incentive bonus may be reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether it should be adjusted.

More Definitions of Third Anniversary Date

Third Anniversary Date means the date which is three years after the date on which such Change in Control Event is consummated.
