Third-Party Advertising definition

Third-Party Advertising means direct advertising by third-parties and their products or services on the Service (i.e., such as when an advertiser would bid to place an advertisement directly on a platform). Provider does not allow third parties to advertise directly on its Service in student-user logged in areas of the Service, nor does Provider sell advertising space in logged in areas on Provider’s Service.
Third-Party Advertising. ’ means the advertising of goods or services that are not made, procured, sold or delivered from the property on which the sign or sign advertising those goods or services is fixed or placed, and includes advertising which is not locality bound;
Third-Party Advertising does not include serving advertising to a student or others based on the content of a web page, search query or a user’s contemporaneous behavior on the web site for third-party products and services themselves that Provider believes may be of interest to users.

Examples of Third-Party Advertising in a sentence

  • Personally Identifiable Information contained in Student Data should never be used or disclosed for Third-Party Advertising (as defined in Exhibit C).

  • Additionally, Provider does not allow Third-Party Advertising on its Service in user logged in areas of the Service.

  • Summit Learning shall not use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information contained in Student Data for Third-Party Advertising.

  • Information Provided to or Used by Third-Party Advertising Entities or Social Networks Depending on your browser settings and marketing preferences, you may see third-party advertisements on our product and/or the Boss Revolution Websites.

  • We may share your non-PII with, or make your non-PII available to, Third Parties as described in the section above titled Third-Party Advertising and Third-Party Web Sites.


More Definitions of Third-Party Advertising

Third-Party Advertising means the advertising of goods or services that are not made, procured, sold or delivered from the property on which the sign and/or sign advertising of those goods or services is fixed or placed, and includes advertising which is not locality bound as well as the display of a sign which is made, procured or sold from the property but advertises goods or services which are not made, procured, sold or delivered from that property.
