Third Party Beneficiary definition
Third Party Beneficiary means each of the non-NHS bodies set out in the list attached at Schedule 1, as supplied from time to time by the Authority to the Contractor;
Third Party Beneficiary. For purposes of this Agreement and the Purchase Agreement, including but not limited to Section 7.05 of the Purchase Agreement, any Master Servicer shall be considered a third party beneficiary to this Agreement and the Purchase Agreement, entitled to all the rights and benefits accruing to any Master Servicer herein as if it were a direct party to this Agreement and the Purchase Agreement."

Third Party Beneficiary. If there are ever any Department of Ecology grant monies involved in this Contract, the State Department of Ecology shall be designated as an express third party beneficiary with full rights as such.
