Third Party Beneficiary definition

Third Party Beneficiary means each of the non-NHS bodies set out in the list attached at Schedule 1, as supplied from time to time by the Authority to the Contractor;

More Definitions of Third Party Beneficiary

Third Party Beneficiary means an entity or person entitled to bring a Third Party Beneficiary Claim pursuant to Sections 9.6 or 9.7.
