Third Party Collaborator definition

Third Party Collaborator means an unaffiliated third party that Customer invites to participate on a Project. A Third Party Collaborator may be another enterprise customer of the Service or a Personal User.
Third Party Collaborator. Any organisation or individual who are not the Partner or Grant Recipient contributing to the Sub-project.
Third Party Collaborator means a Third Party with whom Licensee has entered into a collaboration for a particular Disease Indication under which (a) research and development activities will be performed on a shared basis during the Research Term for the purpose of Licensee and such Third Party determining which Specified Vector would be selected if the Commercial Option for such Disease Indication were exercised, and (b) the Third Party will be granted commercial rights upon exercise of a Commercial Option for such Disease Indication.
