Third Party Collateral means any Property or assets of any Obligor other than a Borrower which now or at any time hereafter secure the payment or performance of any of Borrowers' Obligations. Transaction Documents shall mean this Agreement, the Note, the Security Agreements, the Deed of Trust, the Pledge Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments heretofore, now or hereafter delivered to Bank with respect to or in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement, any Loans made hereunder or any other of Borrowers' Obligations, and executed by or on behalf of either of the Borrowers, all as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, extended or renewed.
