Third Party Gas definition

Third Party Gas means Gas owned by a Third Party.

Third Party Gas means Gas produced by Persons other than Producer and not considered Dedicated Gas hereunder.

Third Party Gas means natural gas purchased by Seller on behalf of Buyer from a third party that is not an Affiliate of Targa Resources, Inc.
