Third Party Gas definition

Third Party Gas means Gas owned by a Third Party.
Third Party Gas. Gas produced by Persons other than Producer Group and not considered Dedicated Gas hereunder.

  • Subject to the capacity allocations set forth in this Section 7.3, Gatherer has the right to contract with other Persons for the delivery of Third Party Gas to the Gathering System, including the delivery of Firm Capacity Gas.

Third Party Gas means natural gas purchased by Seller on behalf of Buyer from a third party that is not an Affiliate of Targa Resources, Inc.
