Third Party Lease definition

Third Party Lease means any Lease that covers all or any portion of any Property with a Tenant that is not an affiliate of Borrower.
Third Party Lease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.9(b).
Third Party Lease means any lease, sublease, license, occupancy agreement or other contractual obligation pursuant to which any Seller currently leases, subleases, licenses or otherwise grants a right to use, possess or occupy to a third party all or some portion of the Real Property, together with any amendments, supplements, exhibits, addenda and modifications thereto.

Third Party Lease means each lease or other right of occupancy affecting or relating to a property in which any Seller (or an entity in which it directly or indirectly has an interest) is the landlord, either pursuant to the terms of a lease agreement or as successor to any prior landlord.
